USA: Merck Ruling: Legal Experts Available to Discuss Upcoming Cases

In July, PCRM filed suit on behalf of Nancy Tufford alleging that Merck wrongfully relied on animal tests that showed Vioxx to be safe while setting aside mounting evidence that Vioxx increases risk of cardiac events in human patients. Ms. Tufford, a resident of Minneapolis, is suing Merck because she developed congestive heart failure while taking Vioxx.
