Hudson Valley Foie Gras may overstuff its ducks but it doesn't need to overstuff its pockets, at least not with state dollars, according to the Humane Society of the United States, an animal rights group preparing to do battle with New York over a $420,000 grant recently awarded to the Ferndale farm............
