'Eat your greens - NOW'

If you want to see a vision of the future and the power of environmental lobbies on the way you may soon be living your lives, look no further than the Belgian city of Ghent

The words 'Eat your greens' may take you back to your childhood but in Ghent it's become a reality. Well, for at least one day a week at any rate.

The city's declared every Thursday a vegetarian day.........
