One possible solution to population is to prevent dogs from being able to reproduce in the first place. In order to promote research into an animal-friendly method for interfering with the reproduction of male or female dogs, researchers at the University Clinic for Companion Animal Health have received a $250,000 Michelson Grant from the American Found Animal Foundation....
