European Fur Breeders Association (EFBA) campaign stopped in 'its current form'

European fur breeders are going to great lengths in order to sell their products as an ethical and environment friendly luxury.

However, the Advertising Standards Authority opposed the statement that the 'fur trade would cause no environmental damage'....

It will be left to consumers to make up their own minds about the industry's siren songs of 'care for their animals' and 'humane trapping methods'. Fortunately it's just a limited number of people wanting to finance a trade which creates such horrendous and unnecessary cruelty.
