Austria: Judgement for the protection of lobsters

A supermarket chain in Vienna was punished because it crammed live lobsters into small tanks.

The responsible person ended up with a fine of 316 euros (and/or two days and 13 hours of imprisonment).

This judgment could affect the entire Gourmet commerce.
