Earthrace joins war against Japanese whalers

The record-breaking high-tech powerboat Earthrace has taken on a sinister black look to protest Japanese whalers in some of the most dangerous waters in the world later this year.

The 24-metre trimaran powerboat has special paint which deflects radar waves, meaning it can sneak up on Japanese whalers almost unseen in the Southern Ocean...
