Belgium: Ghent goes veggie to lose weight and save planet

We are very interested in your opinion

16 May 2009

A Belgian city has decided to promote a vegetarian day per week in order to maintain public health and heal the environment.

Some consider this first official adoption of vegetarianism as an important historic event.

Do you agree?

What is your opinion about the weekly 'Veggie Day' in Ghent in particular and meatless days and weeks in general?

We are very interested in your opinion and would like to hear from you info@evana.org

A list in your language will be compiled for later publication.

Thanks for your cooperation
