Nicaragua: 'Artist' let dog die of thirst and starvation

An "artist" from Costa Rica, named Guillermo Habacuc Vargas, abused a starving dog as a work of art until the dog was dead. The artist did not allow anyone give the animal food or water.

Guillermo Habacuc Vargas was chosen to represent his country in the "Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2008".
